ผ้าของตัวกางเกงจะนำโครงสร้างผ้าของยีนส์โบราณในช่วงยุค 1945-1955 มาประยุกต์ใช้
โดยนำความสวยงามของการย้อมสีด้าย American Cotton ด้วยสี Indigo Shade แบบ Vintage Blue ซึ่งเป็นสีครามเฉดเดียวกับที่ใช้ในการย้อมผ้ายีนส์ในยุค 1945-1955 ทำให้ได้อารมณ์ผ้ายีนส์สีน้ำเงินครามเข้มแบบ Vintage แท้ๆ
โครงสร้างของผ้าที่นำเอาจุดเด่นของผ้ายุคโบราณมาประยุคใช้ แต่เลือกใช้ขนาดของเส้นด้ายที่เส้นใหญ่กว่ายุคเก่า ทำให้ได้เนื้อผ้ายีนส์อารมณ์วินเทจ แต่ได้ความหนาถึง 17oz ที่ถูกใจนักใส่ยีนส์ในยุคใหม่นั่นเอง

Indigoskin Vintage Series Lot 5 (V5) adapted the process of denim making from back in 1945-1955. V5 is made of American Cotton yarn dyed with Indigo Shade to obtain a true vintage blue, which is the same shade as denim from the vintage era.

The use of heavier yarn as compared to those used the past results in 17oz jeans that are favourable amongst today’s jeans enthusiasts.

ใช้หนังวัว Tochigi นำมาแสตมป์ Logo ด้วยความร้อนให้ไหม้
จากนั้นก็ลง oil สำหรับหนังชนิดพิเศษด้วยมือทีละอัน เพื่อให้ได้อารมณ์วินเทจ
และที่สำคัญป้ายแต่ละอันจะออกมาไม่เหมือนกันเป๊ะ เพราะเป็นการแสตมป์ความร้อนและลง oil ด้วยมือนั่นเอง

Each pair of V5 is fitted with hot stamp Tochigi leather patch that has been hand oiled one by one for vintage look. The outcome of hot stamping and hand coating is that each patch will have its own unique character.

เอกลักษณ์หลักของริมผ้า V-series อย่างด้าย ทอง นาก และเงิน ที่นำมาปั่นรวมกันให้ได้ริมชนิดพิเศษ “ริมสามกษัตริย์ ” ก็ยังคงถูกนำมาใช้ในกางเกงยีนส์รุ่นนี้เช่นเคย และแน่นอนว่า ผ้ารุ่นนี้จะเป็นผ้า Un-Sanforrized ที่ต้องนำไปแช่ก่อนใส่นั่นเอง

The tri-color selvedge, “Thong, Nak, Ngern,” - gold, bronze and silver remains the featured element of this collection. The denim is unsanforized and will require pre-soak.
